English speaking desk clerk is very helpful. Staff are friendly and make an effort to help even though we don't speak very good French
Maybe a little expensive on the food. Bathroom heater didn't work, but wasn't a major issue at that time of year.

Very friendly welcome, helpfull and friendly staff throughout the stay. Clean and tidy room and bathroom facilities. Good breakfast choices. Good location for the champagne route. Free internet connectivity. Wide choice of TV channels. Excellent food in the restaurant.
If I was going to be critical I'd say that the room and bathroom decor needs modernising (but then that might spoil some of the charm of the place) and that the bed was not the most comfortable I have slept in.
Overall: We had a great time in the Champagne area. The hotel was well located and was good value. (108704631)

Absolutely appalling service in the restaurant. We waited an hour and three quarters before receiving our starters. Rooms were also a bit tired and worn looking and it was generally quite noisy.
