The bed was very comfortable, excellent shower cleaner was very efficient and made everything sparkle.
There was nothing to dislike. Overall our stay was good value and we would most certainly use the hotel again.
Overall: Excellent room facilities. Extremely clean, batthroom excellent, fully working shower. Towels clean, bed linen clean and the bed itself was very cosy and comfortable. Most of the staff could not speak english except one whose name was Mickael. We were working in Belgium but travelled on the Metro to Lille on a number of occasions and found the journey very quick on the modern train. Station is literally across the road. (99631479)

Overall: We found this hotel in Tourcoing to be excellent value for money, and an excellent base for touring the region by car. Whilst it would have been useful to have details of transport facilities available in the hotel (of course, with our limited French we could have asked the helpful staff), we had no difficulty in finding the local Metro station, which was only about 50 yards away. The room was clean and the breakfast was ok.
The hot watertemperature could be improved - I think it was below 30° C.
