Cleeanliness of the rooms and hotel in general and the friendly staff

Rooms are quite small but adequate, woul like to have douvets instead of blanckets

Overall: When we arrived on Tuesday the 7th December 2004 there was no record of our booking, however there was a room avalable, our booking reference was 1661631 please check why there was no record of this booking at the hotel  (1661631)

Excellent food, friendly staff

Difficult to find because of altered numbering on A16. Not the hotel's fault though.
