Close to the event.
The carpet and drapery needs replacing. There was no towels or shampoo in the bathroom. We could not use shower because it smelled of dead rat (maybe the drain or sewer?) Good thing the toilet was separate. Our complain was just ignored by hotel staff.

The receptionist was not friendly. She was more stressed than us who just arrived from a long travel. There is definitely no sense of "customer service".
