The location
The air conditioning was not working. The door to the terrace wouldn't lock so it was of concern for leaving any valuables in the room. There was no porter to assist with the luggage.
Overall: In general, I thought that hotel was not up to Best Western standards. (99193918)
The lobby area was nice and our bathroom was clean. The night staff was very kind.
The room was fairly small, the door was not sound proof, the decoration was poor, and most importantly for us since we were driving, the parking facilities were not easily accessible. We were traveling with a small baby and it was sort of difficult to get all the luggage from the car in the hotel.

Air con didn't work; restaurant was not open at the weekend which is really inconvenient as we were not easily walking distance to restaurants
