There is nothing I liked, except that I could look out of the window and pretend I was not there

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The furniture was falling to bits and the staff were unfriendly

Overall: I would have liked to read more reviews about this hotel. There was no smoke alarm or fire exits, the staff were smoking all over the place. The lift was not big enough for an average sized person, let alone 2. The staircase was a health hazard as unclean sheets were strewn everywhere, and I nearly tripped over on more than one ocassion. There was no satellite tv as advertised. We had no towels in our room, and had to request them, they were not changed at all during our stay and neither was the bedding. The toilet flush did not work properly and neither did the sink, or the bedside lights. I would not even let my dog stay in this place!  (1488297)

the staff were helpful.The hotel was opposite the gare du nord.

The lift was too small and didn't work coming down.I was on the 5th floor and had to carry my luggage downstairs.The dining room was the smallest I have ever stayed at.It was much to small.breakfast was only served from 8am

The only good thing about our stay at this hotel was that there was plenty of hot water at any time for showers.

the lift was cramped, as was the shower as was the room. and no air conditioning.we had to open the windows on the very hot night Wednesday 5th August and the traffic was so noisy I could not sleep and was falling asleep all day the next day.

Overall: The service in general was very poor.we requested to have breakfast one morning and we were advised to go to the bakers next door and were refused breakfast at the hotel.we did not get fresh towels every day.it was not value for money.we have been to many countries in the world and never stayed at a hotel like this ever.  (107135005)

The location was good for us as it was close to the station

When we arrive we did not have any towels, requested them from reception was told we could not get then until 10.00pm, I had to ring again for them, when we eventually got them we only got hand towels. We had bath towels in the room when we got back to the hotel the next day.

Overall: Really need to have the hotel rooms airconditioned as it was very hot. Rooms need to be checked as there was cigarette ash on the floor, I though it was a not smoking hotel, there were signs in reception. The shower could be a bit bigger for a larger person it was a bit small.  (107831846)

The hotel had no reservation for me. I did not stay there a single night. The man at the front desk could not tell me if I would be charged or not. It was in really bad neighborhood and the place was disgustingly filthy and that was just in the lobby. There was a man masturbating outside in the street in front of the hotel. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting a hotel. I will not use your service again and will be telling everyone i come in to contact with not to use your service as well as the Picardy Hotel.
