receptionist was nice
Really basic - no tea facilities - no carpets - very noisy - felt unsafe. Website said young children could stay extra so long as they used same linen - apparently this is not the case and against French law!!!
Overall: tiny tiny room - kept hitting my head on bed overhead - said three singles but in fact one was a bunk over the other two - no space at all to move around and only CNN as English channel. Didn't expect a lot but was still very disappointed!! (107970156)

It was close to places we wanted to visit.
It wasn't welcoming. Shower didn't drain properly,bunk bed had screws missing.shower room had a hole in the door,only one bedside lamp worked.
Overall: wouldn't stay there again, or recommend it to anyone. would have liked to read more honest reviews about the hotel. (97137005)

Rooms very clean and tidy,all staff were very helpfull.
For the first two nights the single bed was a little small, after my room was changed it was excelient.
Overall: On your website it said there was a restaurant at the hotel in Torcy, witch on arrival i found had been closed for some time,restaurants in the of the hotel are very limited. (97154689)
