They were very adequate for our requirements as we were only there about 5 hours.
Having to phone someone to be able to check in before 6pm.
Overall: We arrived in Remiremeont at 1pm and waited till 2pm as we had previously been advised that that was the check in time. There was no one in the premises and we had to phone the number on the front door, we did not object to this as my partner has a good understanding of French and we needed to have the security number to gain entry. Previous knowledge of how we would gain access would have helped. (99079273)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
