It was comfortable, clean, not to big
Nothing. Only the check-in took a long time. The receptioniste wasn't paying much attention en after checking in it took her more then 5 minutes to get us our key because she was talking to a collegue. That was very annoying.

Quietly efficient
(a general complaint about many hotels!). The bedside lights are fixed (in this case screwed into a table)so that it is impossible to use the light to read a book in bed

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was small; there were no drawers for clothing; the bathroom is poorly planned with no shower door or curtain so the floor became wet all over after each shower.
