Neat tidy and clean

Foyer was nice, people behind the front desk were helpful
Beds too small, breakfast was adequate and the staff in the restaurant were disinterested or perhap bored and it showed.
Overall: I would have stayed at a different hotel. The hotel we stayed in Issoire was much nicer and was actually cheaper. (2792640)

Overall: Parking outside the hotel was difficult for checking in - also the front of the hotel and the main sign are obscured by trees so we passed the hotel several times before we knew realised we had found it.There is a small car park at the side of the hotel for residents and this was a good because there was little parking elsewhere close to the hotel. The room was not too big but was adequate for our stay. We had no complaints about cleanliness - the room was cleaned every day and along with fresh towels. If we were in the area again we would be happy to stay here. (2544816)
