Excellent continental breakfast.
Shabby and unclean, including cigarette burn on bed cover. Shower not working properly. Non-smoking room, with bed linen smelling of cigarette smoke.

Very freindly owner who did as much as possible to help. Nice and close to motorway network & on site parking. Close to lots of places to eat. No hassle!

Located very near to Annecy, Chinese restaurant next door
Overall: Staff were nice and friendly, accommodation was simple but had all the necessary items. One night we did not take the map so we did get a little bit lost but apart from that everything was fine. Even breakfast the buffet had a large choice. (2559287)
