Quiet position, 5 minutes drive from the town centre, but still near to the lake at Annecy.
Only a minor point really - a small courtyard outside, but no garden to relax in! However we did have a small balcony.

The lady at Reception was extremely helpful in directing my husband to the hotel, driving through an unfamiliar town. As a family of two adults and two children under twelve we thought the family room represented good value for money, and the breakfast had a good variety and was well presented by another friendly member of staff.
The Airconditioning unit in the room was a little bit noisy.

Nicely-presented, efficient and comfortable modern hotel, copious free parking, no fuss. We used bicycles to make the short journeys to the lake and to the centre of Annecy -- but it might be a little far for some to walk, so check on a map to make sure.

It would have been nice to have a small restaurant or at least the possibility of evening hot snacks. They do say that this is available but was not when I tried.
Overall: Thought restaurant facilities were available but this could have been my error when looking at many different hotels. But as said above availability of evening food would have been useful. (99625787)
