this is great hotel in a fab location excellent room with views of gorge & bridge; good breakfast; staff were welcoming & helpful.

Both nights of our stay there was a disco the fist night was JUST barrable but Sat night it seemed to be right under our room (things were vibratiting on the shelves) although we were on the third floor 314; We politly complained in the morning and received a sincere apologey & £40 off our bill which was very good but we felt, as did the very helpful man at reception, that we should not have been allocated a room so close to the disco

THe well equipped room was excellent value.

A two course meal for one in the restaurant with a glass of wine cost me 50% of the room rate. Whilst the food was good, it was expensive.

Overall: I will consider staying here again, but may go outside for a better value meal.  (108536983)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
