Good sized bedroom with wardrobe, easy chair and dressing table, nice big firm bed, decent sized bathroom.

Hotel and surrounding area was lovely, and the room was perfect.
Restaurant was appalling. Food was very disappointing, and the waitress service was dire, including scraping our plates in front of us! Not what we expected for £25 per head. Breakfast wasn't much better. Very overpriced for what it was, and food was tasteless and not cooked properly.
Overall: We would have liked to stay here again, but unfortunately the service let it down. (107390700)

Overall: I made a reservation online late in the evening. A few hours later (in the morning), just before I left for my flight, I realized that I made a reservation in the wrong part of England. I immediately attempted to cancel my reservation but since it was within 24 hours of check-in I was charged the full amount for my room. Your lack of understanding and sheer greed is disgusting to me and I will never stay in another Best Western again. I will dissuade my colleagues and friends from staying there as well. (97156729)
