The Executive room was lovely as usual. Beautiful rooms at this hotel, warm and luxurious.
I was not given clean hand towel so had no hand towel at all on second day and bath towel not changed. No toilet roll in bar toilet that I used on friday night and saturday night, dined at hotel friday night and saturday night as it is very convenient but we felt that the food was more like pub food some dishes were acceptable in their preparation and presentation but some were disappointing.
Overall: Quite disappointing at times although the room was lovely and the staff are pleasant and helpful. (108546979)

booking ans reception could not be better
restraunt staff poorly trained ie ordered wine as aperitif came after the meal was served,pored into water glass instead of wine glass.

Eventually sorted out their mistake with our booking to our satisfaction
Very rude receptionist. Reserved two rooms and they insisted at first we had only booked one room. Failed to inform us needed token to exit hotel car park Very poor service at breakfast. No cutlery - buffet not replenished
