Staff were friendly and helpfull enough

Gap in window double glazing big enough to see through so didn't eliminate the traffic noise from outside or keep the wind out. TV channels not as described and a lot of blank channels.

Overall: Despite booking a double rooms was originally given a twin which they quickly changed for me but put it down to that room being on their system as a double. Staff were helpfull. Room decor generally looking tired.  (108311569)

Excellent reception staff

Housekeeping needs a tighter control, due to lack of cleaniness in rooms. None functioning lights and bathroom extractor had to be repaired after a complaint

Easy to find and directions on web very useful

The room rate does not include breakfast and in comparison to other similar hotels in the area this makes expensive in comparison although the facilities were better.Perhaps a flat rate without access to facilities would suit those wanting basic stay.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
