Clean, friendly, lovely position.

Not having a heater in the bathroom - no hot towels. We had out own bathroom next door but it was not on suite.

Overall: We were warmly welcomed, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully clean and spacious. There were chairs to relax and a fridge with drink and chocolate to purchase. A good breakfast to start the day. We had lovely views from our room. The position was great. Near to plenty of walking and entertainments. Two pubs and a fish and chip shop in easy walking distance. Friendly owner, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large bath. Very clean and delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back if we travel this area.

Very warm welcome. The proprietors were very friendly and obliging. It was like home from home. In the lounge there was a huge choice of DVDs to view on the 40" flat screen TV - useful on a rainy night. Excellent choice of breakfast and plenty of it. Ample supply of tea/coffee/soft drinks.

Could do with heating in the bathrooms.

Overall: We enjoyed every minute of the break and would certainly recommend the guest house to others.  (107142173)
