Excellent gym

Air con did not work in the room. Very poor breakfast service. Had to wait for food to be brought out. Only refreshed when customers asked for them. Poor choice of cooked foods. One toaster for the whole of the dinning area. Food area very dirty. Grapefruit juice was off.

Overall: Very disapointed, as I booked this hotel on their repertion. Felt very let down by their lack of customer care. Very noicy area to stay in. To close to night clubs I think where in the area. Never a three star rating.  (108252097)

Excellent pool and gym equipment with long hours of operation. Friendly staff in the bar. Well appointed and clean quiet room.

Breakfast was somewhat luke warm and greasy. However, good choice of alternatives.

Overall: Good comfortable stay in a well apointed cheerful atmosphere.  (108377590)

Pool and leisure facilities

Room not prepared (no bed for our grandson) when the bed was made up there was no quilt only 1 thin blanket. No facilty for beverages (ie only 2 cups)in the room. Breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs inedible, tables were scruffy no cups and saucers left so we had to use mugs, 1 toaster for some 50/60 guests Staff only interested in Coach guests

Overall: Quality offered by you was less than Travelodge or Pemier Inn. I have stayed recently at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel, which was cheaper and infinately better quality. You need to show better quality for the £89.00 paid.  (108758664)

Good leisure facilities

Some of staff at breakfast could have had a more pleasant manner and attitude More info in room would have been useful, foe e.g. tel no. for reception and code for internet
