Clean, well furnished. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location.
Couldn't open the window in my room and the central heating was on. It was very hot so we had to have the air conditioning on which was noisy and a waste of electricity. We were in room 605 so security wasn't an issue but no open window.
Overall: I would stay at this hotel again but would have to speak to the staff about the window issue to get a better night's sleep. (108644751)

Central location, car park, air conditioning, breakfast, pool. Service was good and staff friendly. Plenty of immediate hot water and big bath that filled up quick. Good sized bed with hardish mattress that suited us well.
Set inclusive dinner portions very small and vegetables were extras and should be included(bread portions were included).
No room safe in our room.
Overall: Nice hotel, room quiet in spite of location next to motorway (108205987)

Very clean - except room windows. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good bar service.
Inexperienced check in staff gave wrong directions to room, and forgot to put room number on card. Shower not working - was offered use of leisure facilities instead!!!! Cracked bathroom sink.
Overall: Very expensive for a one night stay, considering the summary of bad points. (107478415)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
