the food was excellent and for the most part the staff were loveley, cheerful and helpful
the duvet was awful a great heavy solid object. there was a beeping noise in the rooms which woke us up though out the night, was it the phone.

Friendly, cheerful & very helpful staff. Courteous service. Good location. Easy walk to major attractions. Excellent restaurant.
Cleanliness could be better. Snack tray, coffee cups & the top cover of water kettle had a layer of dust.
