The only good point for this hotel was the excellent staff, they were very professional, friendly and helpful
We found the check-in procedure to be be inflexible in the sense that only credit/debit cards are accepted and not cash. Main lighting in the room was very poor, making it difficult to see what we were doing. The room was cramped and a mirror which should have been hanging on the wall was leaning against the wall, a bit of a safety issue there! Found the beds really uncomfortable, worst night sleep we've ever had in a hotel. Considering it's a 4* hotel there was no minibar which is unusual.

outside our room there was a breakfast tray at 4.30pm, we asked twice for ot to be removed before it was at about 8pm

Very Clean and well presented rooms. Common areas very clean and well maintained. Kept so despite on-going work to the main entrance which did not detract from our stay.
Overall: Just one night but the hotel made our theatre visit that bit more special. (97870994)
Large room which was extremely well presented / decorated. Tea / coffee making facilities in the room, and a alcohol vending machine in the corridor.
Valet parking - car had been parked under a tree and was covered in blossom. Also a bit expensive to park there, especially when I found out the NCP across the road was only £16 compared to £30 I paid.
