Room Service in terms of cleanliness was very efficient though I didn't order any food etc.
One of the male members of staff was very courteous and helpful. Twice helped me with internet connection.
Football pitch view was so unique. Though I'm not a huge football fan but still loved it.
Love the view of football pitch it's so unique.
No closet for clothes or baggage storage.
Missed having a full-size mirror as I had to dress up for a party.
Missed having an iron-board.
Breakfast could be included in the room-charge.
Some of the lady staffs during the day were not friendly or helpful at all.Tough not all as the girl who was present on the day I checked-in was warm and friendly.

Single beds were narrow.
Chairs were stained.
Bathroom was dirty.
Overall: The problem started when I arrived. I did not know what entrance to use as there is no sign saying 'hotel reception'. The concept of the bedroom being used as a company function room on match days left the room looking jaded. We were in London to go to a concert at the o2.
The ticket company did not dispatch the tickets in time to the hotel. Your staff were sympathetic and tried to help in any way they could.Thanks for that.
