For a budget hotel the rooms were spacious and comfortable, even with four of us in there. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee & tea making facilities & hairdryer in room were a bonus, as we didn't expect them. Breakfast was continental, but this was fully described in the booking details and more than adequate. Served in a light and airy dining area. Car parking facilities with easy access.

The room was very warm, even with aircon on & it was too noisy to open the window during the night.

Overall: Great value. Brilliant position for our needs (near to O2 arena - 1 stop on tube)  (108911023)

Great location for the O2 Arena. Staff generally pleaseant. Buffet continental breakfast included in rate.

Room very small for 2 adults and a 13 year old. Very basic room.

Car Park was well lit and had a charming man who watched the cars all night. This was a great relief to us. All other staff we also found efficient and charming.

Our only dissapointment was the over zealousness of Chambermaids to 'fold up and return to the towel rail' soaking rank trowels that had clearly been used again and again by other guests. This is what we found on our arrival. However, clean towels were provided readily on request.
