The hotel had a nice atmosphere with nice decor and good leisure facilities
I was disappointed with the reception staff on checking in. Werent very pleasant
Overall: Overall, I had a pleasant stay but it was not owing to the reception staff who could have been much more friendly. The bar had a nice atmosphere and the rooms were more than adequate. However, the demeanour of the receptionists does not reflect well on Irish hospitality. (1559649)

When informing the receptionist (Jakub) that the public toilets were very dirty. He did something about it straight away.
When we were booking in the woman receptionist was dealing with us. When a woman came in and began talking to Jakub the other receptionist regarding sponsorship. The receptionist who was dealing with us left us and went to deal with this woman. She may have apologised but we were the customer and we felt rejected.
Overall: To be quite honest it was not a good stay as we were also woken up at 8.30am with banging coming from another room. Which we found out was workman. (97581343)

Overall: I was delighted to be able to book online which was a first for me and very successful. Everthing was satisfactory, nice food and very plentiful portions in dining room......just felt foreign waitress needed a little more training with approaching diners for orders and presentation of menu though she was efficient and had good English. The hotel was so child friendly it was lovely to see even though my children are older now..atmosphere was very nice and warm. I should have realised there was gym facilities but I did not bring gear. Overall we had a lovely stay en route to visit young son in Gaeltacht. Thank you. Ps The irish male waiter in dining room was excellent on Saturday evening and Sunday morn. (97888066)
