Large size room, nice en suite, lovely breakfast.

Room smelled a bit 'damp', carpet could do with being renewed, internet access not free and no instructions on working the internet via TV. Paid, but had to give up eventually!

Overall: Generally good, got a late check out on the Friday although they said they wouldn't normally do that on a Friday. Disappointing to have no free wi-fi in rooms.  (108639496)

Good food, room facilities

Hotel staff - some were rather miserable Stayed for 2 nights - 1st night was £105 second night was £210 couldn't understand why it cost so much to stay in the same room for a second night with no breakfast.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
