Very clean room
Computer in the reception was out of order for several days. It is not only for pleasure that one needs a computer but also for checking in to the flight.

the locatiion possiably
i am someone who has decided not to use credit cards anymore i was told online that that my debt card would not be pre charged which it was. when i checked in i was asked to put down a deposit of £90 i thinn this is unreasonable considering i paid £400 for three night if it was a cheep motel i couls see their point, i was also ill informed on the breckfast times which i missed on the friday morning (late check in the night before ) the air condationing in the room worked only in the arctic setting they did provide a space heater though this was inconvienent considerin neither could be left on when we left the room for fear off fire/frost
Overall: not satisfied the reason i stay in 4 star hotels is so i dont get this hassle and this and other little niggles for me have left a sour taste in my mouth and wallet (108732580)
