When we arrived in the afternoon the room was very cold. It was freezing and it took hours before it got warmer.
Wireless internet not working int he room.
I was never told that I needed to insert the card near the door in order to have lights

The room we switched into had more space, 2 twin beds pushed together, and a window in the bathroom which allowed more light. It was a lot cleaner than the first one, and it was very simple. The maid came everyday to make the beds, etc.
The first room we got was a standard and it was rather unclean, but they let us switch into a comfort room which was a lot better.
Overall: Overall, its was an okay room. Nothing really special, and it the room could've been in better condition. The people are friendly, and they had no problem switching us into another room. It wasn't by any means a bad stay, but I'm not sure I would go back again. (107423180)

I dont want to mislead people by saying anything nice about this dire overpirced tourist trap
our double room was tiny. the shower kept leaking onto the bedroom carpet we were given one towel between two and we had to keep asking them for a second one. they could give us an iron but no ironing board and refused to allow us to iron our wedding clothes on a table anywhere. we had to use our bed. our friends stayed in the room beside us. their toilet didn't work for the two days they were there. Mangement did not do a thing about fixing it.
Overall: I would like to have known how to speak french before booking this place so as I could tell the management how dire their hotel and service was. I would be ashamed to work there. This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. (99074571)

Rooms are clean, staff helpful, a short walk to the Metro
Overall: Wagram district is north of the Arc du Triomphe. Hotel is about 4 blocks from the Wagram Metro station. Room was small but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. (99866078)
