The service of the staff.

The room was very small with old furniture.

friendly staff, close to metro, as a lone female area felt safe to walk around

small room too cluttered with furniture. bad lighting. no tea/coffee making facilities

Overall: Overall this is a fine hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Its basic and a little pricy but is clean and well run. Breakfast is not included in the price. It's just five minutes walk to the nearest metro station which brings you to the Charles de Gaul Etoile in just a few stops, very central.  (99203480)

Air block in bathroom hot water supply. No heating.

Overall: My visit was completely ruined by the hotel's inability to find me a taxi to go to the airport and their lack of any sense of responsibility for helping their guests: the hotel manual says it's best to order taxis so at 7.50 I phoned down for them to order me a taxi for 9am. At 8.45 they called to say they couldn't find me one. At reception they said it wasn't their responsibility and suggested I walk to the taxi queue at the nearest metro station: they said this is what they advise guests to do - though how guests manage this with luggage I don't know. I had to walk the streets with my luggage trying to find a taxiand as a result missed my plane. Future guests beware: being trapped in Partis is not fun!  (99926225)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
