generally clean,
very small & dark room with no adequate tioleteries, very small shower cubicle (broom closet size!!) very poor room for a 4 star hotel.
i stayed in B&B with superior rooms than this
Overall: uncomfortable, the purpose of my stay was to attend a seminar but also to unwind and have a rest. my stay at this hotel meant i regreted spending so much for such a dingy room... (108444100)

payment by visa when I made the reservation was not processed at the time which was company credit card therefore I had to pay for the room myself on arrival. This is extremely inconvenient and a strange way to process payment. I cannot understand why the payment was not debited from the card that was given when the booking was made.

Extremely poor wireless internet connection in room. Concierges were not friendly or very helpful. Telephone directory was not available when I requested one. Hotel telephone operator redirected my call incorrectly twice.
