Clean and in most parts modern. Nice breakfast and affordable unlike many London hotels. Quiet location
Check out was a farse and the invoices are incorrect - they dont add up and have a mix of 15% and 17.5%. Bathrooms very pokey and need updating in line with rest of hotel. Hotel didnt show availability for number of guests I needed so I had to phone. Check in took too long and the staff member interupted our check in to have a long call with a collegue re shift patterns and rotas
Overall: Has the potential to be excellent value for money. Unfortunately check in/out staff useless and bathrooms too small/ not modern (107368588)
lovely decor,lovely daytime reception staff when we went on 2nd july
v thin walls in the room so spent the night listening to the guy next doors tv and snoring! ALso had to wait an hour and 40 mins for 2 pillows to be delivered to our room and had to chase twice

I dont think it was a four star, the bar was pretty small and the tv did not have teletext and the bed needed an extra pilliow!
