no goods points what so ever.
Staircase very steep dangerous and dirty/damage. Room very dirty and stinky. The carpet was full of stains. The curtains were dirty and ripped off. The window did not shut properly so we could hear the road trafic as if we were sleeping outside (plus the hotel is by a busy main road). The toilet sit was damage , the shower was not working (no water pressure at all ! and liking all over except on you!). Room so small that ther chair was by the wardrobe so you couldn't open the wardrobe door. Light bulbe missing. Remote control broken and not working. Smoke/fire alarm box missing so out iof order. The door of our room was open by 5 cm at the bottom. Key cards to get into the room not working as well. Disgusting hotel, expensive.
Overall: Never book this disgusting/dirty and stinky and still quite expensive hotel. (108481010)

Staff were excellent and helpful and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and very pretty linen.
The room was a little tatty and the curtains gruesome! Also the kitchen socket did not work so we had to plug the kettle and toaster in on the other side of the room. The kitchen could do with having a tea-towel and the bathroom would benefit from a shelf for ones things and hooks or rails for the towels.
Overall: We would stay again if we need to be near Earls Court or Olympia. (108834862)

Very handy to have a kitchenette. Because they were having challenges with the wireless internet when I first arrived, they didn't charge me. Very helpful strong front desk guys carried my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs.
Small things: knife so dull it was dangerous; poor quality pots; no lid to the sauce pan. Bare light bulb hanging from ceiling. Serious paint flaking on bathroom ceiling. Water very slow to get hot. Kitchenette sink very slow to drain.
Overall: I would return... location good for me, and having a kitchenette is great. Next time I will request a lower floor. (108140193)
