Lovely hotel. Room slightly better than a premeir inn although smaller. Bathroom very nice though. Would not have been worth the full price but I got a good late deal. Location fantastic though. Never been to Greenwich before will be going back.
A little on the small side. Although it was only my daughter and I so maybe a family room would have been better.

Although we had asked on booking form for one twin room we were given two doubles. However immediately reception found us a lovely large twin room and sent the key up to us. Staff as always very helpful. Great to have secure free parking.

real character serving in the breakfast bar !
a premium price of 159.00 and a Travelodge room - the TV remote didn't work, the bathroom was very basic, insufficient toiletries and tea/coffee - situated nearer a very noisy student union bar. when i booked the price didn't include breakfast, so i expected a half decent room, which i didn't get. managed to get breakfast in the end, but at the secomd time of asking, included in the price.
felt really ripped off - will stick to travelodge in future a 100 pounds less.

Tiny double bed in the booked room was way too small for us, but staff immediately switched us to a twin-bedded room without any fuss. Excellent response.
For the price, at least a Continental Breakfast should have been included. In the end, we paid for a full breakfast we didn't really need just because we had to have something. The meal was very nice - but that's not the point.
Overall: The hotel was very convenient for the Thames Clipper boat service and for attending the O2 (the primary reason for our visit) and other Greenwich attractions. All in all, that covenience contributed to a great weekend. (107696384)
