ROOM WHICH WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. ALSO ABLE TO HAVE DOG WITH US.
Overall: WE BOOKED WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS FOR AN 80TH BIRTHDAY PARTY IN CIROS BISTRO. THE ACCOMMODATION FOR EVEYONE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE MEAL WAS WELL PRESENTED AND WELL SERVED BY THE ATTENTIVE STAFF. DESPITE THERE BEING OTHER FUNCTIONS BEING HELD IN THE HOTEL THERE WAS NO DELAY IN SERVICE. THE ABILITY TO HAVE OUR DOG WITH US WAS A REAL BONUS. (1550494)

Leisure centre and pool, food especially in bar above average bar food
This hotel is quite expensive and some rooms are fairly small, for this price the rooms could do with refurbishing and bathrooms modernising

Good all round service, nice to relax in bar for our meal, rather than restaurant.
Inconsiderate people in above room, you cant have it all.

Excellent spa facilities, choice of dining options, excellent meals, good sized room.
The room was extremely hot and stuffy despite the weather being indiffernt outside. No fans were offered in the hotel literature. The complimentary computer online service did not work when I tried it.
Overall: Excellent apart from the over warm rooms. (108169009)
