Excellent value for money for such a central located and 3 star rated hotel. The mattress in the bedroom was the best mattress I had ever slept on!!! I complimented the manager on his choice, if I could afford one of these mattresses at home I would certainly buy one that's how good it was!!!

No real bad points, obviously our room was a budget room and one wouldn't expect more for the good price that we got it at, but little things like the bath panel side was broken with 2 holes in it, toilet roll holder was broken and hanging down, only half a toilet roll was provided (luckily we didn't run out!!) the bathroom as a whole was on the 'shabby' side. It said that each room came with either iron or trouser press, ours was missing which was obviously not a problem for just one night. Also there were no milks on the tea/coffee tray so I had to go down 3 floors to the reception to ask for some. These are not major issues though as we were only stopping one night and it was still very good value.

Overall: Overall it was excllent value for money, the booking was easy and straight forward and I would recommend your site to anyone, I would definately use your site again - THANK YOU  (108543644)

Good value for money

Bad staff performance for breakfast: bad reception and big delay for warm breakfast

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
