excellent location. very helpful staff. quiet. marvellous restaurant.
Overall: checked in, and in room within minutes. Time is of an essence when only staying for a few days. Availability to both public and private beach. A wonderful night in the restaurant. (99078550)

Only slight criticisms were no tea/coffee making facilities in room and no shower curtain,
Overall: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole ambience of the hotel was very pleasing and particularly the grandeur of the breakfast room were we enjoyed a splendid buffet each morning. The bellboys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. (99026108)

lovely old building facing the sea front. very clean hotel and staff throughout were very helpful. check in was fast, no delays. there was a mixup with our internet booking, and the hotel were very supporting and upgraded us to a sea view room, which made our stay more memorable. the staff at reception arranged all our tours when we enquired, tours to monte-Carlo, bus tours, boat tours, bus time tables, very helpful. room was lovely facing the sea and chamber maids would always tidy room and leave fresh towels and flowers on bed each day. i would recommend this hotel to a friend.
due to our flight schedule we arrived at hotel at 9am, check in was a bit late at 2pm. the bar was closed as are most shops on streets, try not to get there too early if possible. biggest problem was breakfast,an extortionist price of 20euro per person per day, very pricey, needless to say,no one was eating in breakfast room. go to the sandwich bar at back of hotel and pay 4euro.
carpet in our room needed a wash. hotel bar opens to late and closes to early.
Overall: no safe in room for a 4star hotel. but you may use the public safe's at reception free of charge. dont lose your key though, it will cost you 350euro to get it open. (99342935)

The staff were very helpful and friendly also the position of the hotel was ideal
The rooms are a little tired, also I do think that there should be some parking for hotel guests, we will look for this next time
Overall: The place must have looked really elegant in its peak but sadly the bedrooms and public rooms need an overhall, the staff were really helpful and we could not fault any of them.We would have liked overnight parking,I appreciate that it is a busy place, hopefully when they complete the new train system the congestion will ease (3304568263)

Ideallocation and very friendly staff.
By informing customers the private beach area does not belong to the Westminster and there is a considerable charge - 14 euros.
Overall: Everything was as described, room with sea view - perfect. Good service and friendly staff, clean and ideal location. (2258902)
