Complessivo: Very welcoming hosts with great knowledge of local area and ideas about places to visit. Food was excellent and ambience great. (108565505)

Very pleasant accomodation and excellent friendly service although we felt a lack of focus on the small detail was evident (See next section. The standard of food was good. We would return.

Expected en suite but had a private bathroom across the corridor wwhich was very disappointing. The kettle lead was short thus the kettle had to be placed on the floor to be used. This was a real H&S issue. A notice asked if we enjoyed our chocolates. We did not receive any nor biscuits with the tea/ coffee

Complessivo: Very good but some of the detail was missing which marred the stay. The en sute issue was a blow as I am sure the room was advertised as en suite. We would not have booked if it had declared that the loo etc. was seperate (108599955)

Quality of room. Beautiful gardens. Excellent host.

Noise pollution from nearby M4 motorway. Small size of breakfast.

All the staff we came across were really friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble for them.We loved the decor and little touches such as proper napkins not paper serviettes! The food was gorgeous and we ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay.

Our bathroom needed updating but its obviously a work in progress and I am sure will soon be up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

Room very small - barely space to walk around the bed. Bathroom in serious need of redecoration and no shower
