very nice hotel well situated very pleasant and helpful staff great value for money i have stayed there twice in the past month so it must be good i recomend it to anyone who intends to visit our fine capitol

Location and a friendly Spanish staff member on our second day
Very poor service by reception staff when checking in, the first room given to us (1003) was very noicy and dark although I requested quiet room. We had to wait for that room until 3PM (although at the booking it was 2PM) while other client was given a room right away at the same time. Very bad start for a weekend break.
Globalement: Nice location, comfortable room, but the hotel should not charge cleints for keeping their luggage stored when waiting for room to be ready at check in.
