Very friendly.
Breakfast well cooked and prompt. Every other part of the breakfast was excellent.
Overlooks an A road so bit of trouble trying to get to sleep due to traffic noise
Overall: Enjoyable. Much better than the scruffy Beauchief at Loughborough which was poor value (107370385)

ideally situated for where we needed to be
twin beds although a double had been booked. as soon as we were shown to our room we were asked what we required for breakfast and what time.
Overall: room was nice but not what was booked because another party had booked in after us (107834677)

Pleasant location although right next to busy road.Plentiful breakfast. Large bathroom
Bedroom cramped. Booking said arrival after 6.00pm which was very late, but when arrived after riding around owner said that was a mistake and we could have arrived earlier.
