The room attendants were excellent. Front desk operators were also excellent.
Elevators no good, especially using the card to activate the doors. You need a simpler system. More towels are needed in the bath rooms--including "SMALL FACE TOWELS". Parking was too expensive.
Overall: I suggest that you visit the Holiday Inn Express in the USA or Canada and copy some of their ideas. I find those facilities very attractive. Overall it was not all that bad, although twelve pounds per day parking was excessive. (107987100)

The staff were particularly patient and helpful as I'd booked a room for the previous night in error and when I wanted to leave my car in the car park during the morning following the overnight stay.
