Bright clean public areas.

Having booked a suite we were surprised to find that this was a straight forward double room. The suite was described as having a " a terrace overlooking the lawns" When I asked reception whether what we had was a suite I was told that it was.

Front desk was very helpful with everything. they made the stay fantastic.

well, the variable pricing of the rooms via the web. Was not really clear what the price would be and I somehow thought it was cheaper than final bill, which caused me some concern.

The location is excellent The restaurant and staff were excellent

We were put in a poor condition room as a mistake instead of the Executive room as ordered. When we moved the room was very good, but it was a nuisence. The spa is in a terrible condition

Overall: We had a lovely stay despite the mix up I have recommended the hotel to 2 friends already, especially due to the location and restaurant  (108390565)
