given wrong room, therefore walked into someone else room told wrong time for swimming therefore did not get to swim very noisy guests had tv on till 4am fire alarm went off 7 times sun morn between 9 10 am no water in hot taps sun morn receptionist sun morn very inexperienced and unable to find comment card for 10 mins

Helpful staff. Great accomodation. Value for money. Great position for visiting Canbridge.
Waited half an hour for the bottle of Rose wine we ordered only to be told that it could not be found and the half hour had been spent looking for it. Alternative could not be located either so offered a more expensive bottle at original price.
Overall: Lovely hotel and setting. Staff accomodating especially with the wine problem. Excellent food and the room was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The queen size bed was so comfortable. Would stay there again. (107573604)
