Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nicely decorated and very clean. Food is great.

No real bad points. Checking in was marked down because we were accidentally directed to the worng room and our key let us into a room already occupied. This was a simple mistake, easliy made.

Very easy to find and in a lovely location.Nice clean room with all the needed facilities.Restaurant and food was gorgeous and the breakfast was very nice.

There were no bad points.

Lovely location with good access to the M6. Rooms and food excellent

Dinner was pricey - not much change from £100 for 2 people.

high standard throughout good food lots of hot water

lift awkward to use as long way from our room tricky tap on the bath
