Very spacious twin room with 2 double size beds. Very clean
No shower curtain so unable to use the shower.
Overall: Very nice hotel and I would recommend staying here. Unfortunatley the chef was on holiday so was unable to sample the food, however the owner was hepful in finding a restaurant nearby where we could eat. There was a loose manhole cover outside which was banging all night. Opposite the main railway line, but there was no noise from it at all. English spoken for those who need it (97594680)
The bedding was not satisfactory, i.e. smelly. The landing area dark, carpet badly worn on stairs and an old mattress standing against the wall.
Overall: The hotel was overall poor and needed decorating throughout. (3304319820)
The room was a good size and clean
Overall: The hotel was great for an over night stay and the staff were friendly and helpful but the decor is dated and the hotel would benefit from refurbishment (3305121244)
The proprietor was very friendly and also the other member of staff. Parking was easy and free between 7pm and 9am.
The room was shabby and in need of an overhaul, as was the bathroom. It was hot and noisy because it was on a busy road, and opposite a main station.
Overall: This hotel was obviously a beautiful private house once, but is now badly in need of renovation. It is difficult to tell whether it is clean or not, because all the decor and carpets are in various tartans which do not match, and which makes the whole place quite dark and dingy. The rooms should really have air conditioning, as it was very hot necessitating keeping the windows open, and this made it very noisy and not easy to sleep. The bed was not comfortable, and the whole experience was not terribly enjoyable. (3304966804)

Overall: Would have like to have known the the majority of bars (tabacs) close around 7.30pm. This was the only minus. The hosts of the Hotel are real characters made us feel very welcome and could not have been more helpful, they really made us laugh and made sure we had a good time. Rene, the hotel owner even took photos which he emailed for our return. (3304755460)

Overall: We were given a wonderful welcome by the owner and made to feel very much at home. Parking is a problem as only on-street parking is available and is payable. We were fortunate that the payment machine was broken and would not accept any money!!!! Hotel restaurant provided an excellent dinner at a reasonable price. (3304815899)
