the staff location and food were excellent but the room size for the cost of the stay was a little disapointing.

the size of the room was poor against the amount we paid to stay there

Overall: over all even though we only stayed 2 nights we enjoyed the stay the staff were very helpfull the bar was open untill very late which was good as we didn't arrive untill late evening. Allthough the room had everything we required and was very clean it was small. We would not have expected to pay the amount we paid for such a small room....that was the only down side of the say.........  (97426431)

Very clean, very quiet and a good restaurant across the road from the hotel. Convenient for the airport

Room was on the small side and you definitely need a car to get to and from the hotel

Very comfortable room We had an excellent view of the surrounding countryside from our room Staff care and attention was excellent Reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions Buffet breakfast had a very wide and varied choice again the staff were very helpful and pleasant which made you feel at home

We found nothing to dislike as such The air conditioning in the room malfunctioned later during our stay but not really a problem

Overall: We looked on the website at previous reviews many were not that encouraging but the location of the hotel and the apparent ease of getting there from the airport was certainly a consideration when arriving at a decision However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in fact we could have spent more time there  (97805048)

Nice hotel. Walking distance to the city centre.

There was some knocking noice in the waterpipes early in the morning.

The accomodation was bright, airy, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed!!

There was no bath

Overall: Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the variety of food offered at the buffet breakfast, the cleanliness and modern facilities of the room - especially the comfortable bed!! We will be returning to Milan in the near future and will be staying at Starhotel.  (97469510)
