1- the possibilty of having coffee or tea in the room 2= the hotel is central and within walking distance from main important sites

1= Not friendly at all staff at the reception, not a welcoming word and not a smile on the face. 2= the breakfast was extremely poor, the re was one kind of bread, no toaster (it was broken): the selection of food was very poor the staff was unefficient and didn speak a word of english 3= the price for internet was far too high taking into consideration the caliber of the hotel ( 4 stars hotel) ..22 euros for a day use is very expensive! 4= No porter at the entrance to help us with the luggage 5= the staff was not hosipitable and have no ideas to give suggestions regarding restaurants etc.

Overall: i can say the hotel was just ok. i am not sure whether i will stay one more time at your hotel..and i will definitly book hotels online . This has always been the way we have done it and we were never disappointed..but we were using booking.com .  (108445529)

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated very near to both a bus terminus and railway station so although not in the traditional tourist area has very easy walking/public transport to the dock/boat/old city area. There are lots of parks/trees in easy proximity too.Double glazed so the rooms were quiet.

Have a bath in the rooms and not just a shower.

Overall: We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It would be helpful to have known that the Volubus 100 regularly leaves Genoa airport for Station Brignole. The hotel is perhaps 200 metres from this stop and this is the Volubus's main terminus. The ticket, one way, is 3 euro whereas a taxi ride is 55 euro- a substantial difference. The ride by bus, with all stops along the way is about an half hour and the bus is made for luggage carrying etc. The hotel will not change EURO traveller's cheques but is practically next door to a bank that will. The breakfasts were very good and surpassed other breakfasts which we have had, over the years, in Italy.They were included in our price. Had no other meals there.  (1903010)
