No mention that the hotel shuttle from/to Linate airport
is not valid arriving late evening like 9pm.

Helpful staff who spoke good English. No noise problems.
Better restaurant choices in terms of price. Neede some sort of cafe/snack bar as opposed to the very expensive restaurant and very expensive buffet. Saw one guest walking in with a takeaway pizza under his arm so this view must be echoed by others.
Overall: Situated in a fairly scruffy and not particularly interesting part of Milan (although the San Siro isn't far away). However it is neither excessively far from the airport nor from the centre of the city. During our stay, the staff were helpful, polite and spoke good english. Our room was very quiet and nowhere in the hotel was there any noticeable noise from the outside. Eating choices within the hotel were limited and expensive. Be aware that although a courtesy airport bus service is indicated it runs only at set and very limited times. Our arrival at Linate at 6pm fell outside the schedule. (3304389560)
