The Bathroom was of a very high standard. Breakfast was very good
No bad points but like many UK travellers I would prefer European hotels to include a kettle in the room.

The location was great, walkable distance from Milan train station. Plush reception area too.
The room hadn't been cleaned before we got to it and the maid walked in at 8am, we'd only got into bed around 3.30am!!
Overall: The bed was so big and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We stayed at a cheaper hotel (Art Hotel at Stezzano) the previous night, which was a nicer hotel but an hour away from Milan. On location alone, I would reccommend the Starhotel Ritz. Dont expect full English breakfast, more buffet style. Had to go to Burger King to fill up! (99670794)

Basic - small room. Samler than the box you get in a Travelodge. Hard to adjust shower.
Overall: Booked 4 star because you expect something decent, but meaningless. Conclusion being that 4 star means nice lobby & nice bar. Breakfast was very poor. (3304333745)
