I think I stayed in the "Base Model" room which was above average in comparison to other hotels I stayed at during my vacation. Great value. The staff all spoke English, and were polite. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Location is close enough to the train station that walking is easy. Beware, Milan is much bigger in person than maybe a map would lead you to believe, so the proximity of this hotel to the train station is a major selling point in my opinion.
Not crazy about dinner service at the hotel. I still don't fully understand how the light switches in my room worked.
Overall: I thought everything was terrific, for what I was looking for. As a tourist, not much time needs to be spent in a hotel, so as long as it's clean, safe, and in a good location, it's a winner in my book. (107128786)

The reception is very friendly and the chambermaids did a good job!
The lift is small and not much Tv channels. The wi-fi, internet and printing costs a bomb too!
