Good accomodation located close to rail station, park and town centre
No tea or coffee in the room and athough a twin room had been booked we were given a double room twice until at the 3rd attempt we were found a twin

Nice location (to rear) adjacent to the park
Limited breakfast buffet and unhelpful bar staff
Overall: Overall the hotel was pleasant and comfortable with good access to a beautiful park and short walk to the historic centre. Our stay was only spoilt by a rowdy football team which were staying in the next room on the first night, a disappointing breakfast and a rather dour bar steward who was not keen to serve drinks despite it only being 10pm. However these aren't reasons not to use the hotel to explore Parma and the surrounding area or as a restful base for business trips. (2104241)

Parkmöglichkeiten waren super da vor und unter dem Hotel parkplätze vorhanden sind. Das Frühstück (Zimmerservice) war hervorragend, auch das Service im Zimmer und Reseption. Das Zimmer war gross und das Bett war sehr conofortabel. WC/Bad war ausreichend gross und hell.
Das Zimmer ist zu dunkel eingerichtet und auf den lampen war leichter staub zu sehen. Radio im Zimmer (WC) war defekt.
Overall: Das Hotel war zu weit weg vom zentrum (Altstadt) aber dafür gibt es ja Taxis. (2819295)
