Excellent friendly staff throughout, made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The food was also excellent.
Room slightly cold in comparison to the ground floor, mostly due to the prevailing wind rattling and by-passing the window seal! There was also loud banging noise from the water pipes when taps were turned off - not unusual in a property as old as the manor!
